Midlife nutrition made simple. One daily scoop supports energy, fullness & vitality.*

Formulated by Caitlin Hosmer, MS, RD/LDN Hear why these ingredients →

Real food, not a pill  One scoop blends into a satisfying, meal-worthy smoothie: morning, noon, or the 3pm slump.

21g protein for fullness and strength  Pea, mung, fava, and brown rice protein supports metabolism, muscle maintenance, and keeps you satisfied for longer.*

5g+ fiber for digestion and staying power  Fiber and prebiotics help support a healthy gut and make every smoothie more substantial.*

Ten plants, chosen for midlife  Flaxseed, maca, tart cherry, beetroot, and more, shown to support the needs of women in midlife.*

Natural, mild flavor, with vanilla, cinnamon and ginger. No artificial flavors or sweeteners.

A note on taste — plant protein can run earthy or chalky. We've worked hard to make ours better, without the heavy artificial sweeteners most brands lean on. If that's a dealbreaker, try our Whey.

Why do we need this?

When estrogen declines, nutrition matters more than ever.

Yet many women fall short on what their changing bodies need: protein, fiber, and plant variety.

50%

of older women don't get enough protein to hold on to muscle. Essential for metabolism, bone-health, and long term independence.

90%

of women don't get enough fiber — your gut's favorite fuel. Essential for healthy digestion and metabolic health.

67%

of the plant variety the gut needs is missing from a typical week. A diverse microbiome supports immunity, metabolism, and pathways linked to mood.

Menomix is built to close all three.

Feel the difference

Miss yourself?

In thirty years as a dietitian, I've watched too many women decide that fatigue and brain fog were just who they are now. They're not.

Midlife changes what your body needs — more protein, fiber, and plants than before — and most of us fall short without meaning to. Feed it what it's asking for, and the woman you remember tends to come back: more energy, a clearer head, fewer cravings. I made Menomix to put that within reach on your busiest morning.

Good questions

Answered

Is Menomix a meal replacement — and can I have it every day?
Menomix is the nutritional foundation of a meal. Simply shake it with milk if you're in a hurry. Or blend it with milk, fruit and greens for an even more nourishing meal. Both will give you nutrients your body needs and satisfy you for hours.

It's real food, not a supplement, designed to be used every day, because our bodies need to hit these nutritional targets everyday!
What does it taste like — and what do I mix it with?
Smooth, warm spice (real vanilla cinnamon, and ginger) and lightly sweet; the words women use are "clean" and "not chalky," with no artificial-sweetener aftertaste.

The Whey is creamier and the one most women pick; the Plant is a touch earthier and thicker.

Mix it with dairy or plant milk for extra protein in a shaker or blender.

Want a full smoothie? Add frozen fruit, a spoon of nut butter, or a fistful of greens. Make it your own!
Whey or Plant — which is right for me?
Whey if you do dairy — it's creamier and the one most women choose. Plant if you're dairy-free or vegan. Same 21g protein, 6+g fiber, and 10 whole plants either way, so you're not giving anything up. Not sure? The 2-minute Nutrition Snapshot will settle it.
What's actually in it?
Real food, and a short list of it. Protein (whey, or a pea-rice-fava-mung blend), psyllium and flaxseed for fiber, and 10 whole plants — tart cherry, beet, maca, cinnamon, ginger, cardamon, turmeric, flax — plus MCT oil and a touch of green tea extract.

It's only lightly sweetened, with naturally occurring allulose. No cane sugar and no artificial sweeteners, flavors, or colors. The complete label, with amounts, is right here on the product page.
Is it dairy-free, vegan, or gluten-free?
The Plant version is fully plant-based and dairy-free — vegan-friendly start to finish. The Whey version contains milk. Both are gluten-free. So if you're avoiding dairy, Plant is your pick; if gluten's the concern, either one works.
Will the fiber bother my stomach?
For most women, no — but let's be honest about fiber. If your meals have been light on fiber lately, ease in with one scoop and a full glass of water, and give your gut a week to catch up. Your gut bacteria have been waiting for this; they may be briefly, loudly grateful.
Can I use it with my supplements, HRT, or a GLP-1?
Almost always, yes — Menomix is food, not medication, so it sits alongside your supplements and HRT rather than replacing either. On a GLP-1 it's an especially smart pairing: when appetite drops, protein and fiber are exactly what you're told to protect, and one scoop delivers both without much volume. It fills the gap the medication leaves; it doesn't interfere with it. If you've got a specific condition or question, your doctor or prescriber is the right person to check with.
When will I notice a difference?
Energy tends to show up first — often within a week or two of making it a morning habit — and digestion settles over a similar stretch. None of it is magic; it's what happens when your body finally gets the protein, fiber, and plants it's been short on. The women who feel the most are the ones who make it routine.
How does the subscription work?
You save 30% on your first order and keep a standing discount on every one after. It arrives on your schedule — monthly is standard — and you're in charge: skip a month, change your size, or cancel anytime in a couple of clicks. No lock-in, no phone call, no song and dance.

I've been loving the versatility of Menomix as a busy woman in midlife. It's great as the base for my morning smoothie or as a quick and simple snack in a shaker with soy milk, maple syrup, and a little almond butter. It keeps me feeling full and energized through a long morning at work or in the afternoon if I want an easy and nutritious snack to get me through to dinner. I appreciate the clean and thoughtfully chosen ingredients!

I find I really don’t like most protein powders, some too sweet, also the sandy/grainy quality bothers me. I really love this powder! Great protein numbers and the flavors are the fresh ingredients I’m blending in- and this is NOT sandy! Yay! Using every other day for breakfast and loving protein smoothies.

I'm impressed

I am, as people in business say, a "sophisticated buyer." I have tried almost all the vegan protein mixes on the shelves and some through mail order.

I used one scoop of the mix with 12 oz of fresh homemade plain almond milk made with my Almond Cow. I used my Vitamix to process the shake and poured it into my glass. I noticed it was a bit watery in the beginning but thickened as it sat. For me it became almost pudding like. The taste was great—not too overbearing, just the right amount of sweetness, and I noticed a subtle aromatic warm aftertaste. Fancy! I ended up sipping on it for an hour while running around like a madwoman, and it actually kept me full for a solid three hours. Success.

The next day, I tried16 oz of almond milk, one scoop of mix, and a tablespoon of cacao powder. It turned into a fabulous, creamy protein pudding. Overall, I’m impressed!
