About Caitlin
Caitlin has spent thirty years advancing the role of nutrition in clinical care, including as head of outpatient nutrition at Boston's Brigham and Women's Hospital. She helped build the Dean Ornish Program for Reversing Heart Disease at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, served as Director of Clinical Programs at Wellspace, and practiced at the Osher Integrative Clinical Center within Mass General Brigham. She is currently a clinical dietitian at Boston's Brigham and Women's Hospital.
Her clinical interests are nutrition's relationship to gut, metabolic health, and inflammation. She helps turn complicated science into real-life habits for clients.
Now that she's navigating menopause herself, helping women through nutrition is even more personal.
Editorial role at MenoPantry
Caitlin reviews and approves the nutrition science in MenoPantry's articles, guides, and product education before publication.
How we handle the evidence
Where the research is unsettled, we say so on the page rather than present a tidier answer than the evidence supports. Articles are checked against the primary literature, and every article carries its sources. If you believe something here is inaccurate, please tell us — we would rather correct it.
