Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweeted kefir
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 2 TBSP chia seed
  • 3 TBSP hemp seeds
  • Fruit sauce, frozen, or fresh

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Let sit for a few minutes for the soluble fiber in the chia to dissolve.
  3. Enjoy!
